For all UK delivery
All orders for UK mainland delivery placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day and it should arrive at your chosen delivery address next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note: we make a charge for all mainland UK delivery.
Unfortunately our courier cannot deliver on public holidays so in this instance please except your delivery on the next working day. We are sure your wait will be a well worth wait.
For all international delivery
All orders for international destinations placed before 2pm UK time will be dispatched the same day and for orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note we make a charge for all international deliveries. All international deliveries can take between 4 -14 working days excluding UK and your local public holidays. We at ‘Ocosy ’ are unable to calculate your local customs and sales tax. You may be notified by your local customs once your order has reached your country, as they may apply if any sales tax which must be paid before you receive your goods. Please note any delays which occur in customs are beyond our control.

Please note: All orders which are placed on web will be packed and dispatched, to your chosen address providing:
- Your chosen item is in stock and payment has been approved.
- (Ocosy reserve the right to refuse to accept any order and will notify you in writing should this be the case).
Exchange and returns
We at ‘Ocosy’ are happy to exchange or refund if you are not satisfied with our product.
Please return item in a new and unused condition as set out on our terms and conditions within 7 days for all UK customers and 14 days for all other international customers. Please note delivery charge which were made at time of purchase are non refundable. Where items are sent back for exchange is subject to a further delivery charge.
Please return item with proof of purchase, and in a perfect condition. Please note when returning you must send by Recorded Delivery to ensure that we receive them. We at ‘Ocosy’ cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.
